If we observe more carefully, meditation resembles a lot more to a physical fitness session. As a matter of fact, it can also be considered as a mental fitness session. You need a regular training session at a specific time that suits you just like physical training. Either it’s an early morning session or a late evening one, you are definitely going to feel the difference in both cases. First, you need to select the meditation type you are interested in to become a mediator.

  1. Prepare

The most important thing that holds the most important in the whole process is meditation. In case you are planning for a physical workout, you need to head towards the park or a gym after wearing your sports outfit. While for the mental workout you need to make your self comfortable by wearing comfy clothes. Now choose a quiet place so that nothing can distract you.

  1. Chalk out a roadmap

Then you have to make a workout plan for the day and either it’s running, machines or rowing. The time duration for each activity also needs to be decided to become a perfect mediator. As far as meditation is concerned to decide between breathing, body scan or others and go for it.

  1. Relax to be a mediator

Before you move ahead with your day after the physical or mental workout, it’s important to relax and cool down. Simply come back to the present situation by returning your thoughts or notice your current state of mind or body.

It is pretty much possible that you might experience a different situation while working out. Your muscles might be tired or you might experience problems to focus on meditation while practicing it. Don’t worry about how the experience currently is and just focus on the benefits attached to it as a mediator. You will observe an increase in your mental or physical strength the more you work out.
